Parties and Subject
These Terms of Use govern the terms of access and use between every user accessing the parketta.com ("Site") platform ("User") and parketta.com ("Service Provider"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms in full.

Scope of Service and Usage Rules

• The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality, and intended purpose.
• Any automated or manual action that would damage the Site's technical infrastructure, perform reverse engineering, disrupt the system's operation, or perform data mining (scraping, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• The User is personally responsible for the security of their created password and account. The Service Provider cannot be held liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of the account.

Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, software codes, texts, logos, graphics, and interfaces on the Site belong to parketta.com or are used with legal licenses. They cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Disclaimer
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure against cyber attacks. No liability is accepted for any damage that may occur to the User's hardware or software due to the use of the Site.

Right to Change
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally update or change these Terms of Use without prior notice.
